#newTwitter layout issue in Chrome

Just realize this small problem with newTwitter layout in Chrome.

The scrollbar doesn't expand fully when you click on your list, which makes impossible to add people to the list item at the bottom of your list, or to click on the "create a list" button at the end.

hmm, look at the screenshot if you don't know what I meant by that :)
