也离不开地平线;

Wang Pendahuluan PTPTN

Just checked about the Wang Pendahuluan for PTPTN through PTPTN website (http://www.ptptn.gov.my/) a while ago. And the result is:
Dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa nama anda TIDAK TERMASUK di dalam senarai penerima Wang Pendahuluan Pinjaman (WPP).

Walaubagaimanapun, sekiranya anda berhasrat untuk memohon pinjaman PTPTN, sila pastikan senarai dokumen yang dinyatakan di atas dibawa semasa pendaftaran ke IPTA.

Heard they say only certain "lucky" people will get the Wang Pendahuluan. They (PTPTN) pick according to your parents total income. Well, thats what I heard, not really true.

List of people who got their Wang Pendahuluan through post:
1. Kim Song
2. Chang Dick
3. Desmond Ngo

Medical Report

Got my medical report from Timberland this afternoon.
Height: 169cm
Weight: 54.5kg
Visual Acuity : Uncorrected : Right : 6/6 Left : 6/6
Colour Vision: Abnormal (Red-green blindness based on Ishihara Chart)
Blood Pressure : 110/75

Hmm, Red-Green... no wonder its hard for me to differentiate between Blue and Purple, Pale-Orange and Pale-Green, and... MANY MORE!

Actually the blue and purple is quite ok, just the Pale-Orange and Pale-Green. Looks same at fisrt sight. Only when look "carefully", really "in detail", then can see a bit difference.

By the way, did I select the correct colour? Haha. Pity me.

Heres the link for some colour blind test:

Confused

"If you are still not sure what you want to study or where you want to go, then go Form 6"

Usually, people will say that to you after you finish Form 5. For me, after 2 years of Form 6, I'm still don't know what I really want.

Study in Local University? Or NUS? Or Private Universities?

"The reason most people aren't moving forward is that they don't even know where they are going."

-EeLeen

Well, KheeHan came just now. After he submitted his SOLAR Form, we discussed about that topic. At first, he said his decision is 40-60, as in Local Universities to NUS. But after a while, he changed his mind, changed to 50-50 again. Ha.

Study in NUS? There are 2 major problem.
1. Financial
Compare to NUS, Local Universities are far cheaper. And, I don't want to become another burden for my parents as they need to support both my sister and brother already. Sigh.
2. Standard
Hmm, for sure, people there are elite from countries around. Frankly, I not clever type person and I'm really 'kia su' to become dead-last. Top students here become average students there; Average students here become...? Not yet start already chicken out? Haha. And, most people there are banana. Not sure can communicate with my broken/vocab-not-enuf-use English or not. Haha.

Study in Local Universities?
1. Job future for IT graduates are not that 'bright', which means its more 'secure' if the Universities Application result is my first 4 choices: Microelectronics UTM/UKM, Telecommunication UTM/UKM. Here comes another problem, I'm not sure to what extent my colour blind problem (I'm not VERY serious, as in black-and-white colour blind arr...) will affect me for these courses.

Study in Private Universities?
1. [Just like above] Not sure to what extent my colour blind problem will become obstacles to me.
2. Graduates from Private Universities like Petronas and MMU will have limited job opportunities since they are not widely recognize compare to Local Universities. Besides it will be difficult to find job in other companies if got 'fired' by them.

Sigh. Wait till 19th June then only decide! Will it be a bit late to make decision by then? I don't know. Thinking of going for 'test drive' in Local Universities first in July, then only decide. Since NUS semester only starts in Aug.

Digi Rewards

Fast & Furious

Yeah! Free ticket to watch Fast and Furious from Digi! It's part of Digi Rewards program. Cool eh? Hehe.
Went Star Cineplex to claim my free tickets around 1200. Luckily made it in time. There's only around 5 tickets left when I reach there. Hmm, when I claim my tickets, there was another person trying to claim the tickets also. He tries to cheat by forward the original message from his friend to his phone. Its very obvious lar, when you forward message, the sender of the message will definitely change to your phone number. So the Digi personnel there figure out this in just a blink. Ha! Poor boy walked away embarrassingly.
This teaches us to think twice before you do something. Make sure that your 'plan' is seamless before you do something o.O... Ha!

Digi! Always the smarter choice. LoLz, I'm Digi's ambassador. =p

Your Tumor is Benign

The world's most beautiful word is not "I love you", but

"Your tumor is benign"

If you can understand the true meaning behind it, your attitude to life is basically correct; If not, then we congratulate you, or express grief : "You can only live a calm and normal life."

Treasure - Cartoon Heros

Some of my favourite cartoon heros, namely Dragonball, Pokemon, and Digimon. I watched all the early series of the cartoons. But didnt really follow after few seasons. Like Dragonball, I only watch until the fourth stage of Super Syaia, Digimon until third season and Pokemon until Jotho Journey...
Pretty sad, the story grow too fast and become less-interesting... just like the anime series of Naruto... its less interesting when they add those manga-unrelated episodes... luckily the second Season of manga is still on...

Shoe

I wonder why sometimes I like something for no reason. Because of the value of that item? Or, because of first impression? Or is it because of the time spent with it?
Hmm, doesn't matter, guess that 'special' thing will always in my mind and become fragment of memories in my life. Feels sweet to recall things in the past, things that are meaningful and memorable. Just like my SHOE!

Windows Media Player 11

Hehe. Finally, installed Windows Media Player 11 (Beta). Unable to install last time due to Windows Genuine problem (means, my computer... eherm... hehe).

Erm, WMP 11 is more to graphic-layout type, in other words, more user friendly. Haha. And, what I like most is the Black Media Player Skin. It makes WMP look more hi-class.

Some snapshot after installing WMP 11. Hehe.

ZeGanG Gathering

at Sharing Planet

Who was there
Arthur
Bing Han
Chen Chin
Chio Pang
Elaine
Horng Rong
Kok Meng
Matthew
Yu Xuan

Followed Horng Rong's car to Sharing Planet at 1930. Picked up Elaine and Yu Xuan on the way there. We were the last to reach, hehe.
From Left: ChioPang, Arthur, Elaine, ChenChin

Haha, the 'hottest' topic there was "French Kiss". KokMeng and YuXuan was so high when talking bout it. Elaine, our 大姐, just cant stand it when we they discuss about this topic. She went for a walk along the pond beside, haha.

at Xiang Xiang

Around 2140, we moved to Xiang Xiang Corner, 香香坊, after requested by KokMeng. Actually Elaine also wanted to go back to catch her Drama Series and Arthur, for 'certain reason' wanted to go back also.

Haha, things only 'interesting' at 香香 there. We talked about boy-and-girl relationship topics. ChenChin started off by sharing with us his experience. Then KokMeng, Matthew, ChioPang... its really an interesting topic to discuss and 'research' about. Haha.

Some of our questions:
  1. A love B but B don't like A and ask A to give up on him/her. At the same time, C confessed to A. Should A give up B and consider about starting a relationship with C?
  2. A did not like anyone when B confessed with him/her. So, relationship sparkled off between them. But after some time, A find that he/she actually like other person. So, A decided leave B. Is A's action correct or wrong?
What do you think?

Anyway, The last topic we talked about before we leave was "childhood life", embaraasing and funny moments. Haha. KokMeng share with us how he "lost control" and shit in the classroom when he was in Primary 1. Haha.

Fun~!

Birthday Gathering

Update: Chen Chin back from Miri!

Swimming at De Summit.

Who was there:
Arthur
Bing Han
Chen Chin
Chio Pang
Horng Rong
Wei Loong

Went De Summit with HorngRong again after come back helping daddy at new house there. Actually we can only enter the condominium when invited by the residents there. And since Raymond wasn't there, he is on holiday... hmm? Haha... but don't know what ChenChin told the guard. Haha, he let us in without questioning much.
Arthur and ChenChin

Haha, so did not go swimming for so long already. The last time was in... erm... don't remember. Haha. I don't really know how to swim. Just simply swim with my own "free-style" from one end of the swimming pool to the other for 3-4 rounds. Haha.

Before we leave, WeiLoong, our sukma swimmer, show us "butterfly" and sprint. Hehe. Wow, he is fast. Ohya, he also teach, or rather say "show", us how to turn around in the water when reach the side of the pool. ChioPang also trick us with his stupid game again. He ask his 'victim' to compare strength with him by stucking the hole that spray out water. But, he purposely let go abit of the water to spray on you. Stupid game, but all of us got tricked by him. Sweat.

Dinner at

We went 皇上皇 (something like that), BDC to have our dinner after that. Arthur did not follow us because he need to go his University friend's birthday party. We ordered 玛拟菜, 咸鱼猪肉,[dono] and [dono]. Hehe. Erm, quite expensive the food there. Those 4 dishes cost us Rm71.90 :zoinked:

Our dinner

After that, we walked over to Expert (老行家) for drinks. I did not order any drink because I'm too full already. Hehe. At there, Chio Pang share with us his 'experience' of buying spectacles. He said he was too picky about the seam between his the glass and frame and asked the optician to repair the same problem twice. After the second time, theres a light scratch on the glasses, and he think the optician purposely scratch it. His conclusion, don't be too picky!
At Expert "老行家"

Went home around 2300.

Well going out with friends on birthday is great. Although no cakes or what, but I enjoy talking, or you can say "listen" since I did not talk much, to friends. Just like ChioPang said, I think I'll miss ZeGanG when going University next month.

Thank You my Friends!
