Went jogging this morning. No particular reason, just feel that I should drag my feet to do some exercise.
Gosh, after the run, I checked my running history. Guess what. The last time I ran was June last year. =.=' Still remember I told myself that I must run once every 2 weeks when I moved here last year.
Nothing impressive. Shouldn't be also, since I didn't exercise for so long. First few minutes, I also start to feel my breath getting heavier =.='
