Transaction failed because has no funding sources (10210)

Tried to register for domain at GoDaddy but failed and got the following error:

Transaction failed because has no funding sources (10210)

Did a Google search and found out that many out there also facing the same issue.

I guess its GoDaddy's problem.

Anyone facing same issue with PayPal payment method?
Or anyone successfully pay via PayPal for new registrations?
